Summary

This study tests a new drug called AU-007 in people with advanced solid tumors (like melanoma or lung cancer) that cannot be removed by surgery or have spread. The drug is designed to help the immune system fight cancer more effectively. About 159 participants will receive AU-007 alone or with other drugs to find the safest dose and see if it can shrink tumors. The goal is to control the disease, not cure it.
