Summary
This study looks at how memory, focus, and other thinking skills relate to work performance and sick leave in people with depression or anxiety. Researchers will give metacognitive therapy combined with work-focused support to 200 adults at risk of sick leave. The goal is to see if improving cognitive function helps people return to work and reduces symptoms.
