Summary

This study tests whether starting the MS drug natalizumab within 14 days of first symptoms can help repair nerve damage in the brain. About 40 adults with early signs of multiple sclerosis will receive either the drug or a placebo for 12 weeks. The goal is to see if quick, strong treatment leads to better long-term outcomes.
