First seen Nov 21, 2025 · Last updated May 06, 2026 · Updated 19 times
Summary
This study looks at how well and how safely a new catheter (Varipulse) can treat atrial fibrillation by using pulsed-field energy to burn specific areas in the heart. About 50 adults with non-paroxysmal atrial fibrillation will take part. The main goals are to see if the burning works and to check for any side effects on the kidneys and blood.
