Eczema patients needed for study on improving treatment habits
NCT ID NCT06244212
First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Aug 05, 2026 · Updated 2 times
Summary
This study aims to understand why many people with atopic dermatitis (eczema) don't use their topical medication as prescribed, which can lead to worse symptoms and higher healthcare costs. About 30 adults and children with active dermatitis will be divided into groups to receive standard care, a hands-on demonstration, or a mobile app to track usage. Researchers will measure how much medication is used, how often it's applied, and changes in skin condition over one week.
