Summary

This early-phase study tests whether combining an immunotherapy drug (atezolizumab) with precise radiation and surgery is safe for people whose osteosarcoma has come back in the lungs. About 12 participants will receive the treatment to find the best dose and check for side effects. The goal is to control the disease and prevent further spread.
