NCT ID NCT02846623

First seen Feb 17, 2026 · Last updated Jun 13, 2026 · Updated 14 times

Summary

This study tests a combination of three drugs (atezolizumab, obinutuzumab, and venetoclax) in about 50 adults with chronic lymphocytic leukemia, small lymphocytic lymphoma, or Richter syndrome that has come back or not responded to prior treatment. The goal is to see if the combination can make the cancer undetectable at a very sensitive level (minimal residual disease negative). Participants receive the drugs intravenously and by mouth over several cycles, and researchers monitor side effects and response rates.
