Summary
This study tests a drug called atezolizumab (Tecentriq) plus standard chemotherapy in 97 people with stage III non-small cell lung cancer. After initial treatment, some may have surgery, while others continue on atezolizumab. The goal is to see if this approach helps keep the cancer from growing or coming back.
