Summary

This study looks at whether a mobile app-based rehab program, supported by a community health worker, can help stroke survivors in the Rio Grande Valley recover at home. Eleven uninsured adults who had a recent first stroke will try the program for a few months. Researchers will measure changes in mobility, daily activities, mood, and caregiver burden to see if this approach is practical and helpful.
