Summary
This study looks at whether a mobile app-based rehab program, with help from a community health worker, can improve recovery for stroke survivors in the Rio Grande Valley. Eleven uninsured stroke survivors will try the program at home. The goal is to see if it's practical and helpful for mobility, mood, and daily activities.
