First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026

Summary

This study tests whether a wearable device called NettleEndo, which delivers mild electrical stimulation to the brain, can reduce chronic pelvic pain in women with endometriosis. About 120 women will use the device at home for 20 minutes a day, five days a week, for 12 weeks. Half will receive real stimulation and half a sham (placebo) to see if the active device improves pain, mood, and sleep.
