This trial tests whether a hip-assisted wearable robot can help stroke survivors improve their walking through at-home training sessions. Eight adults who have had a stroke and walk with a spastic hemiplegic gait will use the robot during four 30-minute sessions over two weeks, guided by a visiting therapist.
