Summary

This study is testing a combination of two drugs, ASTX727 and venetoclax, in adults with acute myeloid leukemia (AML) who are 75 or older or have health issues that make standard strong chemotherapy too risky. The goal is to see if the combination is safe and effective at controlling the cancer. About 101 people will take part, and the study is currently active but no longer recruiting new participants.
