Blood cancer patients get extended access to promising treatment

Summary
This study allows patients with certain blood cancers who were benefiting from ASTX727 treatment in previous trials to continue receiving the medication. The main goal is to collect long-term safety information about the drug. Participants will receive the same dose they were taking in their original study, with regular clinic visits for monitoring.
