Summary

This early-phase study tests an oral combination of two drugs (ASTX030) for people with myelodysplastic syndrome (MDS), a bone marrow disorder. The goal is to find a dose that works as well as the standard injected treatment but in a more convenient pill form. About 40 adults with MDS will participate to see how the body processes the drug.
