Summary
This study is testing whether an injectable medication called depemokimab can improve the physical structure of the lungs in adults with a specific, severe type of asthma. Researchers will use detailed CT scans and optional lung sampling to see if the drug reduces mucus plugs and airway wall swelling over one year. The goal is to see if this treatment can provide better long-term control of the underlying disease.
