This study looks at whether special air cleaners and ventilators can make the air inside homes healthier for people with asthma. About 80 children and adults with asthma from low-income households in the Dallas-Fort Worth area will take part. Half will get real devices, half will get placebos, and researchers will track lung function, asthma control, and quality of life over two years.
