New approach aims to boost teen confidence in managing asthma

Summary
This study is testing a new way to help teenagers with asthma feel more confident managing their condition. Teens will either get a standard doctor's visit or a visit focused on building their self-management skills based on a special questionnaire. The main goal is to see if this focused approach improves their overall quality of life three months later.
