New asthma puff tested against common rescue inhaler
NCT ID NCT06644924
Summary
This study tested a new experimental inhaler called PT007 to see how well it opens the airways in adults with asthma. It compared a single dose of PT007 to a dummy inhaler (placebo) and to a standard rescue inhaler (Ventolin) over a short period. The main goal was to measure the improvement in participants' breathing over 6 hours after using each inhaler.
