Smart device tracks Kids' inhaler use to prevent asthma attacks

NCT ID NCT05366309

Summary

This study aims to see if personalized education helps children and teenagers with asthma use their inhalers more effectively. Researchers will use a 'Smart Spacer' device to monitor how often and how well participants use their inhalers at home. About 100 children aged 6-18 will be randomly assigned to receive either this tailored education or standard care to compare the results.
