New inhaler study aims to tame uncontrolled asthma
NCT ID NCT05168995
Summary
This study followed 620 adults whose asthma was not well-controlled on their current treatments. It tested whether switching to a specific combination inhaler (BDP/FF) delivered by a device called the NEXThaler could improve their asthma control over six months. Researchers measured changes in symptoms, quality of life, and how often patients used their inhaler correctly.
