NCT ID NCT05341726
Summary
This study is testing a brief, 9-minute conversation tool called BREATHE that helps doctors and Black adult patients with uncontrolled asthma make treatment decisions together. The goal is to see if this approach improves asthma control, medication use, and quality of life for 400 participants at community health centers. Researchers will also explore what helps or hinders clinics from adopting this tool widely.
