Summary
This study is testing a new program called PRAGMATIC-S that connects children's doctors with their schools to improve asthma care. It will involve 420 children, ages 4 to 12, who have asthma. The goal is to see if better coordination between clinics and schools helps kids stick to their treatment plans and improves their asthma control over a year.
