Summary
This study tests a program called PRAGMATIC-S that connects doctors' offices with schools to help children ages 4 to 12 better manage their asthma. The program uses technology and care coordination to make sure kids get the right guideline-based treatment. Researchers will measure asthma control and quality of life for 420 children in New York City public schools.
