Phone-Based program aims to tame asthma for young black adults
NCT ID NCT05445583
Summary
This study is testing a mobile health program designed to help young African American adults (ages 18-30) with uncontrolled asthma. The program uses a combination of a smartphone app, video meetings with a nurse, text messages, and activity tracking. Researchers want to see if this convenient, tech-based approach helps participants manage their asthma better and improve their daily life.
