Summary

This study tests whether Astepro nasal spray, already used for allergies, can help manage COVID-19 symptoms and lower the amount of virus in the body. About 280 adults with early COVID-19 will use the spray or a placebo for 10 days. Researchers will track symptoms, viral load, and whether the spray reduces spread to close contacts.
