NCT ID NCT06408181
Summary
This large study is testing if starting low-dose aspirin very early in pregnancy can prevent two serious complications: pregnancy loss and preeclampsia (dangerous high blood pressure). It will enroll 1,150 pregnant women who have risk factors for these conditions. Participants will take either aspirin or a placebo starting before 7 weeks of pregnancy to see which approach works better.
