Summary
This study is testing whether a daily low-dose aspirin pill, started early in pregnancy, can prevent serious health problems for mothers with chronic high blood pressure and their babies. It will involve 500 pregnant women who will be randomly assigned to take either aspirin or a placebo pill. The goal is to see if aspirin reduces combined risks like pre-eclampsia, poor baby growth, early delivery, and death.
