First seen Feb 01, 2026 · Last updated May 15, 2026 · Updated 8 times

Summary

This study tests whether a newer, more precise type of radiation (adaptive SBRT) can reduce urinary side effects compared to standard radiation for men with localized prostate cancer. About 320 participants will be randomly assigned to one of the two radiation methods. The goal is to see if the newer approach improves quality of life while still controlling the cancer effectively.
