Summary
This study is testing whether asiaticoside, a compound from the traditional herb Centella asiatica, can help adults with overweight or obesity. Researchers will give participants asiaticoside tablets for 12 weeks to see if it helps with weight loss, body fat, and metabolic health markers like blood sugar and cholesterol. The goal is to see if this natural compound could become a new option for managing weight.
