Summary
This trial tests whether ArtiFix®, a synthetic sealant graft, can safely and effectively prevent cerebrospinal fluid leaks after cranial and spine surgery. About 228 adults scheduled for such surgeries will be randomly assigned to receive either ArtiFix® or standard care. Participants will be monitored for up to 120 days to see if the sealant prevents leaks or the need for re-operation.
