New study tests safer ways to access blocked leg arteries
NCT ID NCT07427108
Summary
This study compares two different guidance methods for accessing blocked leg arteries during minimally invasive procedures. Researchers want to see which approach—using road mapping or ultrasound—is more successful and causes fewer complications. The study includes 32 adults with severe leg circulation problems who need a special type of artery access for their treatment.
