Museums prescribe art for chronic pain: new hope for fibromyalgia sufferers
NCT ID NCT07048366
Summary
This study is testing whether an 8-week program held in a university museum can help women with fibromyalgia. The program combines art appreciation, mindfulness, and gentle movement exercises. Researchers want to see if this unique approach reduces widespread pain and improves daily life and mood. Participants will be randomly assigned to either try the museum program or be in a control group.
