Summary
This completed study tested whether taking part in arts activities (like painting, music, or dance) can improve mental wellbeing in people with anxiety, depression, or other emotional disorders. 382 participants were randomly assigned to either an arts group or a waitlist. The study measured changes in mental health, loneliness, and overall wellbeing using standard questionnaires.
