NCT ID NCT07314697

First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026

Summary

This study looks at whether telling patients to arrive 15 minutes before their appointment helps them show up on time. Researchers will compare two groups: one gets an explicit arrival time, the other just a reminder. Up to 300,000 adults with UCLA Health appointments in primary care or pediatrics will take part.
