First seen Mar 10, 2026 · Last updated Apr 30, 2026 · Updated 9 times

Summary

This study tests whether giving high-precision radiation (SABR) to every visible tumor can help people with 11 or more metastases live longer. About 138 adults with metastatic cancer will be randomly assigned to either standard care or SABR to all disease sites. The goal is to see if this aggressive approach improves survival, delays cancer growth, and maintains quality of life.
