Summary

This study tests an inhaled medicine called Aroxxen in 180 people with coronary artery disease who are getting a stent to open blocked heart arteries. The goal is to see if breathing in the drug during and after the procedure can reduce heart muscle damage and find the best dose and treatment length. Participants are randomly assigned to receive Aroxxen or standard care, and researchers will monitor safety and heart injury markers in the blood.
