Summary
This study tested whether smelling lemongrass essential oil during a tooth extraction can lower pain, anxiety, and stress. Twenty-one people aged 12 to 25 had two teeth pulled on different days—one with aromatherapy and one without. Researchers measured pain, anxiety, and blood pressure to see if the scent helped.
