Summary
This study tests whether inhaling scents from Asian plants can reduce distress and anxiety in breast cancer patients before their first radiotherapy session. Researchers will measure changes in stress scores, anxiety levels, and stress hormones in 300 participants. The goal is to see if aromatherapy can be a helpful addition to standard cancer care.
