Summary

This study tested whether adding aromatherapy foot massage to standard care helps people recover after gallbladder removal surgery. Researchers compared 103 patients who received either the massage or usual postoperative care. They measured pain levels, sleep quality, and overall recovery to see if the massage made a difference.
