Summary

This study aims to find the best way to support Suicide Intervention Officers in the Connecticut Army National Guard. It will compare two support strategies to see which one helps these officers more effectively reduce suicide risk among the soldiers in their units. The goal is to learn how to better equip these officers, potentially leading to fewer soldiers thinking about or attempting suicide.
