Summary

This study aims to gather detailed information about the health, diet, and fitness of active-duty U.S. Army soldiers. Researchers will collect data from 600 soldiers through surveys, physical measurements, and lab tests on blood and stool samples. The goal is to create a clear picture of soldiers' current health, including risks for heart disease and diabetes, to help guide future health programs.
