First seen Mar 03, 2026 · Last updated May 13, 2026 · Updated 12 times
Summary
This study looked at whether adding extra arm exercises to standard rehab helps stroke survivors recover arm movement. 35 adults who had a stroke within the past month took part. One group followed a custom exercise program, while the other used a movable wheelchair armrest to move their arm. The goal was to see which method works better for improving arm function.
