Summary
This study is testing whether arm-based aerobic exercise can improve artery health and reduce heart disease risk in women who have completed breast cancer treatment. Researchers will measure artery stiffness and exercise capacity in 18 participants before and after an exercise training program. The goal is to see if this specific type of exercise helps address cardiovascular side effects that can occur after cancer therapies.
