Summary
This study tested whether one-on-one therapy in warm water could help people on sick leave due to stress. Twenty-eight participants were randomly assigned to either receive the water therapy twice a week for eight weeks or continue with their usual doctor's care. Researchers measured changes in stress levels and sleep quality using standard questionnaires to see if the relaxing water treatment made a difference.
