Summary

This study is testing a robotic system that uses a high-pressure waterjet to remove prostate tissue. It aims to see if this procedure is safe and effective for men who have both localized prostate cancer and bothersome urinary symptoms. Researchers will follow 125 participants for up to 12 months to monitor their recovery and any side effects.
