Summary

This study is testing a robotic system that uses high-pressure water jets to remove prostate tissue in men who have both localized prostate cancer and bothersome urinary symptoms. The main goal is to see how safe the procedure is and track side effects like incontinence or erectile dysfunction over 3 months. Researchers will follow 125 participants for up to a year to monitor their recovery and outcomes.
