Heart shunt device aims to ease burden of heart failure

Summary
This early study tests a device that creates a small passage in the heart to help reduce pressure and improve symptoms in people with heart failure. About 71 participants who have ongoing symptoms despite standard medications will be enrolled. The goal is to see if the device is safe and works as intended.
