New registry tracks blood thinner safety in rare clotting disorder

Summary

This study is creating a registry to collect information on antiphospholipid syndrome (APS) patients who are taking direct oral anticoagulants (DOACs). Researchers will track about 500 adults to see how often blood clots or bleeding occur. The goal is to better understand the safety and effectiveness of these medications in this specific group.
