Summary

This study aims to find out how often antiphospholipid syndrome (APS), a blood clotting disorder, occurs in people aged 65 and older who have had a stroke or mini-stroke. Researchers will test participants' blood for specific antibodies linked to APS and follow their health for 6 months. The goal is to better understand APS in older adults and improve diagnosis and treatment.
