Knee surgery patients may skip hospital stay with anti-nausea drug

Summary
This study tests whether adding the nausea drug aprepitant to standard care helps more people having knee replacement surgery go home the same day. About 350 adults will receive either aprepitant plus usual anti-nausea medicines or a placebo plus usual care. The goal is to see if better nausea control reduces the need for an overnight hospital stay.
